The Universidad de La Salle continues to strengthen its position as a leader in international higher education. This year, we have achieved a historic milestone by securing funding for four new student and faculty mobility projects through the European Union's Erasmus+ program.

Thanks to this significant partnership, our students and faculty will have the opportunity to undertake academic stays at prestigious European universities such as the Catholic University of Freiburg (Germany), the University of Turin (Italy), the University of Minho (Portugal), and UniLaSalle Polytechnic Institute (France). These exchanges will focus on highly relevant topics such as Social Justice, One Health, and institutional capacity building.

What Does This Mean for Our Students?

· Academic Enrichment: The opportunity to study abroad will allow them to expand their knowledge, develop new skills, and gain a unique learning experience.

· International Visibility: Academic stays abroad will open doors to new professional and research opportunities.

· Cultural Exchange: Students will immerse themselves in other cultures, broadening their worldview and strengthening their intercultural competencies.

Benefits for the University

· International Positioning: Participation in these projects consolidates La Salle's reputation as an institution of excellence in international higher education.

· Network Expansion: Alliances with European universities will broaden our network of contacts and foster collaboration in joint research projects.

· Academic Enrichment: Faculty mobility will enhance our academic programs and bring new perspectives to our classrooms.

We extend our gratitude to everyone involved in this achievement: the Office of International and Inter-Institutional Relations, academic programs, and faculty members who have worked tirelessly to make this initiative possible.
